Cancellation & Refund Policy

ZENZOP INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- ZENZOP does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt. The request will be entertained only after verification and approval from the merchant’s side.
- If you feel that the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within the same day of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, the team will take an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranties, please refer the issue directly to the respective manufacturer.
- In case of any refunds approved by ZENZOP, the amount will be processed and credited to the customer within 6–8 business days.
